Man, from beginning to end i had the best help finding the right car for me. Terrible experience. Salesperson gave incorrect information on vehicle. Made a deposit anyway and an appointment to come back to buy. Dealership was closed at the time of the appointment. After waiting until they opened, none of the paperwork was ready even though there was an agreed upon price and deposit. Waited 2 hours until finally was able to talk to finance and buy the car. Signed all the papers and was told they didn't have the keys to the car I just bought. They would have to deliver it tomorrow. I asked for a loaner car because I was expecting to drive home in the new car. They put me in a disgusting rav4 that was running on empty. Stains everywhere, seatbelt was soaking wet and had mold. Steering wheel was sticky. There was trash and dirt all over the interior. Half empty water bottle in the back seat. Half eaten potato in the passenger's footwell. At this point I just wanted to get home so I drove it back anyway. More
