We apologize for your concern and disappointment. Yesterday, we took care of Cappi and she left extremely happy. We provided alternative transportation and the repairs costing over $600.00 covered by Toyota of Redlands. We are mandated by government agencies as to be honest and truthful in our dealings and would not put a plastic bag in her fuel tank even without these mandates. I believe in running an honest business and when we make a mistake we own up to it. We have never had her fuel tank out of her car since day one of servicing this car, nor been near it. Also, she is not blocked and I welcome her and her daughter Dixie to come and see me. We would like to speak to both individuals face to face to talk this out so that everyone involved is happy and satisfied with all aspects of this service and our dealership.
