They finally reached out to me and said they couldn’t change anything from 2/7/2023 which is the day we purchased the vehicle. Obviously, they waited 2 weeks to respond to my email/messages. Thanks for nothing! Oh, at least, I can get floor mats that won’t make me wreck out of their response.

This is false as you have not been in contact with me at all. I emailed you after you replied to my Google review. You did not respond. I have read in other reviews, that you responded to, that you never followed up with those buyers as well. These Customer Relations Manager responses are as shady as their sales practices there.
