Robert was excellent to work with. The test drive and his explanation of the features and the process were great. Robert took the time to answer all my questions and when picking up the vehicle after a few days, Robert took the time to explain and show the connectivity features to both myself and my wife. On Monday, eventually got to Richardson dealership in the app and reserve appointment for 9:10am Tuesday. Arrived at dealership Tuesday and no appointment found. They got me in anyway and had smoothest visit in a long, long time. Usually have to wait close to 2 hours in the past and get out another 2 hours later. Today was a great experience. Kevin was great. Toyota apps is another issue. Experience filling out this survey on an Android phone is still clumsy like the MyTFS app. The green check mark in a green circle is in the way, covers up typing in this box. Service department selection only showed one person, not Kevin. Time to dump DR Media Holdings LLC. FAST. More

Refused service because I bought from another Toyota Dealer Toyota said I must continue to work with this dealer because I brought my vehicle in to them for diagnosis, but this dealer constantly wouldn't do the Toyota said I must continue to work with this dealer because I brought my vehicle in to them for diagnosis, but this dealer constantly wouldn't do their part, finally refused to contact me, and refused to work with Toyota about the issue and inform me about it. Caused me problems with warranty/buyback, because Toyota is saying they haven't heard updates from the dealer, so their last info is that nothing is wrong with my vehicle. The dealer's reason for this was that you bought the vehicle from another dealership so you shouldn't have brought it to us in the first place. But I brought it to them for a second diagnosis per Toyota's instructions. You're supposed to be able to take your vehicle to any Toyota dealership. More
