I bought my nissan altima from this dealer around 3 months back considering it to be relaibale and customer satisfactory dealership. As per them, my car already went through more than hundreds of inspection checks before i finalise deal with them. I trusted these folks and never had inspection on my car outside from any mechanic. Here my bad experience starts around 20 days back.I found water inside my car after rain happened following with some noise from front too. I preffered my car to be checked at nissan mckinney(authorised dealer of nissan). They came up with a report on my car and i was shocked to hear all the findings from them.Listing their findings as below: 1. Found both front struts are weak(immediate attention). Need replacement 2. Found drain hoses on sunroof clogged. FLUSH OUT HOSES(Reason for water inside my car). 3. Contaminated brake fluid need immediate replacement. 4. Dirty Air Filter which needs immediate rellacement. All four items above estimated to be aprox 2100 dollars. Here questions started popping to my mind about all those more by than 100 checks which toyota of richardson already performed on my car before selling it to me. I straight away headed to toyota of richardson with existing approved report from nissan. There i met JEFF(sales manager) again. I requested him to get these addressed and fixed considering these items as missed by their inspection team. This guy started negotiating with me on price of above listed items which i never accepted. Long story short..please never consider toyota of richardson to buy any prewoned car atleast. I want to post my car reports online too for everyone to see how bad this dealership is.. Thnx everyone..Please beware of this dealer More
