Service Very Good; Appointment Software Sucks I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Toyota of Richardson and my service advisor there (Brandon Phillips). Trying to make a service app I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Toyota of Richardson and my service advisor there (Brandon Phillips). Trying to make a service appointment on the company website is, however, an exercise in futility and frustration. I’ve tried to make appointments numerous times mostly without luck. Once I thought sure I’d correctly make my appointment. When I arrived, it turned out there was no appointment for me at that time or any other time. My service advisor who has been at TOR since I started going there (2.5 years) is still not included in the application’s list of service advisors. I could go on. Suffice it to say the automated appointment functionality needs to be fixed ... likely replaced. It gives customers a bad impression of an otherwise excellent operation. More

My Buying experience I bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon from here, prior to purchase I was told there is a second key, after purchase I was told no second key and it will cost I bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon from here, prior to purchase I was told there is a second key, after purchase I was told no second key and it will cost $185 to purchase a second key. As a courtesy, they could have offered that to me free, but they chose not to. Also the warranty I bought was very bad for the price and by LAW I should be able to get reimbursed for it, but I emailed and texted the finance person regarding this matter with no response.
