He offered to give me a shuttle ride anywhere within a 10 mile radius should I need anything while my car was being serviced. Later in the day, he came to give me a status update and tell me about the remaining work and the expected completion time. He was spot on. It took 7 hours to complete the work, but the wait was made pleasant by the outstanding service I received.
