They are honest and forthright. The service is always superior and the explanations and costs on my car maintenance or breakdown is beyond my expectations. I have been coming to this service center for more than 15 years and I can say I have never been disappointed. The time element in waiting does not make me irritable because I work in a place where instruments have to be serviced by educated and experienced field service engineers and time, cost, and parts are a part of life. If others think this place is slow and time consuming, they are unrealistic about quality this place exudes. I will always have my car(s) serviced by this great place! Always! More

Terrific Salesman Yesterday my husband and I went to another Toyota dealership, weren't satisfied with the trade-in and left. We had previously purchased a car from that dealership and also Toyota of Richardson so my husband suggested we drive down there. Boy, were we glad we did. Tracy Brown found us a terrific Camry. We were looking for a 2018 with low mileage and Tracy found a 2018 with 41 miles. Yes, 41 miles! We got a much better trade-in with Tracy and everything went quickly and smoothly once we agreed on price and trade-in.We are seniors and have had a lot of cars over the years and the experience yesterday with Tracy was the best. We really felt that he wanted our business unlike the other dealership. Leon in the Finance office was also very helpful and thorough in explaining the various protection packages.
