Friendly, Thorough, Competent! Scott was my sales person . He told me exactly what his team was going to do to make my 2009 Camry Perform more efficiently! I had bought new tires, Scott was my sales person . He told me exactly what his team was going to do to make my 2009 Camry Perform more efficiently! I had bought new tires, and one( front right) had a new tire that had not been put on properly..... due to a earlier mishap). Scott made sure it was corrected and placed back on correctly! Plus, his team found some other situations that needed work, and took care of them! Though my time spent was 3 hours..... it went by quickly and someone asked me several times during the wait if I needed anything! Time passed quickly, and I now have a great car that runs better than ever! Thank you Toyota of Richardson, and, especially Scott! More
