Toyota of Richard One of my best friends became a Toyota service advisor at another Toyota dealership and I had him review my invoices on a suspicion. Toyota of Richardson had been doing maintenance ahead of schedule that wasn't needed, charging me over list price for parts and labor, charging me for items I dont need and telling me it's part of my scheduled maintenance, and they get away with it because they type up invoices in a way that intentionally doesn't make sense so you can't figure out what they're doing and she them. My friend works at Toyota and it took him some time to even figure out what they were charging me for. Nothing but thieves and liars running this place. More

She really amazed me with her friendly smile, and great customer service. she told me that someone can drop me off at my apartment while they work on my car recall and they will also pick me up when it ready which was a big relief for me. The driver Mitch who drop me off and pick me up was very respectful and such a nice guy. Thank you Soo much Judy Deems for making me feel very welcome and comfortable and I will definitely be back in the future... If service is always this good I might definitely consider trading and buying my next car here next year. More

Great service, on time, speedy.. I have no issues taking my Highlander here! Great service and great people, plus if you get there early...DOUGHNUTS!! I've had dealings with Mr. Easy I have no issues taking my Highlander here! Great service and great people, plus if you get there early...DOUGHNUTS!! I've had dealings with Mr. Easy Newsom and Ms. Crystal Maldonado at this service center and both were very professional and knowledgeable. From my last visit, Ms. Maldonado kept me abreast of the timeline and before I left, suggested possible upcoming service. The knowledge of their service center personnel make it's easier for me to make an accurate determination on how I move forward with my vehicles maintenance. More

I told the sales team that I had my own financing with Capital One and I will be using them. I filled out a credit application for them to run a hard inquire with Capital One. Standard process for Capital One to know that I have found a vehicle. The salesman that was helping us, passed us to the salesman who didn't want to help us because his appointment came in. The salesman that did our paperwork wanted me to signed a blank credit application form in case there was "missing information" and they could just fill it out, if needed without me having to come back up to the dealership. I told him, that doesn't sound right and I will not be doing that. I repeatedly told salesman after salesman and even the sales manager who came out to ask me about my Capital One loan. I told him that I will be using Capital One. I did get my vehicle and later that evening, I received email alerts from my credit report. Toyota of Richardson came my credit with 4 different banks without my permission and didn't even tell me that they did. Monday, 6/11- I received a generic email, " your complete satisfaction if our goal". I replied to that email and told them, how I felt and what had happened. I, then received a call from their finance director, who to me insulted me. He asked me , DO YOU REALLY MAKE $$$ a year? It does not matter how much I make , I came in with my own financing to purchase a vehicle. I later forward my email to their customer relations manager, who does all the replies to reviews online. In email corresponded, he stated that the salesman didn't communicate to the finance guy about not getting me a better rate (APR). He apologized for my credit being ran so many times, but they were trying to help me get a better rate. The problem is, they did it without my permission and didn't tell me that they did and secondly, I told them I am going with Capital One, there was no need for them to check with other banks. He told me to feel free to dispute the credit hits. Well of course, I will, but that is me having to spend extra time and energy disputing the hits. When I came up to the dealership, everyone that called me and emailed me was " IN A MEETING" about me. They once again, passed off to another team member and that seems to be their behavior. The car I purchased was not a Toyota, but it was at their dealership. I had read other reviews and there is a lack of customer service at this dealership. Allison Truong More

Last month I demoed a car for a day as I am in the market for a new vehicle and still about 30 days out from making a decision. Yesterday in the mail, I received a bill from NTTA for a couple of tolls. I thought it was an error but after a bunch of time on the phone with NTTA I figured out it was from the day I had the demo vehicle. In the process of driving the vehicle, I used one of the toll roads. This dealership took the time to receive the bill for the ‘temp tag’, determine who drove the car that day and report it to NTTA so they could send me the bill for $2.60 which I have now paid. I would NEVER do business with this dealership for their ‘nickel and dime’ mentality. This is a cost of doing business as I run up a huge toll bill. I simply drove the car as my normal routine. I guess the next thing I should be expecting in the mail is the bill for the gas I used during the 50ish miles I drove. If a dealership is willing to be this cheap, I could only expect more of this type of attitude after the purchase. Seriously? You have no business in the car business! Everyone run and do business elsewhere. More
