While my recent appointment for general maintenance, an inspection, and Zaktek took longer than expected, 5.1/2 hours 🤦🏼♂️ Casey was very efficient and proactive in expediting the process. Benito went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of. He was able to assist with a warranty issue and stayed on top of the claims department to get the vehicle fixed. Toyota of Richardson has been my 'Go To' Service Provider for my FJ Cruiser since ~2008. Your care has given us the Road Confidence for city and interstate travel! Brandon Philips is great b/c he goes for my FJ Cruiser since ~2008. Your care has given us the Road Confidence for city and interstate travel! Brandon Philips is great b/c he goes through my history right there in front of me as we talk about what items to take care of during my visit. He never tries to push any service but talks me through what items 'should' be serviced or replaced.
