Takes way too long to service even if you have an appointment. They have an unorganized way of helping the cars. Many cars that came before me were helped prior to me. Aside from that, service was go appointment. They have an unorganized way of helping the cars. Many cars that came before me were helped prior to me. Aside from that, service was good today. More

Be wary of this used car dealership's "150-point inspection". Don't make the assumption (like I did) that it means they inspect and fix whatever issues they find. They were asking top dollar f inspection". Don't make the assumption (like I did) that it means they inspect and fix whatever issues they find. They were asking top dollar for my 2018 Lexus LC500 and wouldn't budge a penny on the asking price. It's a somewhat rare care, and they knew it. Problems with the car appeared soon after purchase. Center console armrest started falling apart. Parts falling off into the compartment. I took it to the Lexus dealership and had them quote a repair. I figured I'd get a quote from them and go back to Toyota of Richardson to see if they wanted to repair it or reimburse me for the repair. While Lexus had it, they also did a complementarity inspection. Their findings: 1. Center console replacement - $4,300 2. Front brakes - $1,100 3. Battery - $240 Over $5,600! I contacted my ToR salesman, left a voicemail, and got no response. After a few days of waiting, I went into the dealership and asked to speak to the GM. He wasn't available, so I left a detailed note for him. Didn't take long and the salesman called me back. I told him the issues and he said he'd have to run this by his manager and let me know. I waited another day or so and had to call the salesman again as he failed to follow up with me. He still had no answer and promised to call me back. I heard from him a few hours later, with an answer ... sorry, car was purchased "As-is", we can't help you. I wasn't completely shocked because the overall experience declined rapidly after they took my money for the purchase. Since the initial visit to the Lexus dealership about 10 weeks ago, it has been in for 2 more visits. One, to fix a broken rear center brake light, $1,100, and again today as I discovered 2 days ago, when needing to use the AC for the first time, that it blows warm air. So, I'm sure this will be another few thousand dollars to repair. As I approach the point of $10,000 in repairs, not including the additional $1,000 I've spent to have it detailed (something the dealership said they did), I figured I should leave this review. I'm a responsible adult that has owned many cars, so I accept some responsibility for this mess, but I felt some level of comfort purchasing a vehicle from a Toyota dealership that has been around for a few decades. The level of customer service I received is expected from some small, mom and pop used car dealership selling 10-year-old Kias, not from a large Toyota dealership. More
Took the car for an oil changed and was greeted by Justin. We went over other needs the vehicle needed and gave me an estimate and a free multi point inspection. Justin. We went over other needs the vehicle needed and gave me an estimate and a free multi point inspection. More
