I do enjoy coming up to Toyota of Richardson. I’m always serviced and timely manner. As well they do provide amenities for the customers while they wait for their cars to be serviced. I have been a Toyota of Richardson customer for almost 20 years. I have come to expect clear communication from the advisors and prompt service. I was not disappointed today. I had a 7 am appointment and wa years. I have come to expect clear communication from the advisors and prompt service. I was not disappointed today. I had a 7 am appointment and was promptly checked in by Ryan Knowles who worked with me scheduling needed maintenance. I like that the advisor also handles posting payment, a process that speeds up the whole interaction. More
