Too many turnovers, service Dept. doesn’t seem as good as when James Holloman was the Service Dept. Manager. Lots of people walking around but overall not as efficient as formerly. I am missing the personal touch that James and his staff gave. Even though I have bought several Toyota products, the experience going to service Dept. is lacking to some degree of personal care. Prices have gone up considerably, but I’m missing the former care. No one seems to want to interact with their customers anymore, the very people that keep your dealership on the map. Review the costs of your service, the labor rates are getting out of hand, I now look at thousands of dollars for repair as opposed to hundreds of dollars. I am debating if my next car should be a Toyota, or another brand. I hope that Toyota will read this review carefully, I hear murmurs in the waiting area, a lot of people are noticing similar issues. Oliver was very friendly and helpful especially when I asked questions about additional maintenance needed to my car.
