I came here a to leave my review, but surprised to see many customer had a similar bad experience with this dealership. Here is my story. The service team successfully scammed me on my 2002 Toyota Camr many customer had a similar bad experience with this dealership. Here is my story. The service team successfully scammed me on my 2002 Toyota Camry. I waited at the service center for more than 3 hours on a working day and they charged me $160 for inspecting why my front passenger side door window is not working, but in-fact they never opened the door panel. They just told me the window motor is broken and will cost $800 more to order the part and fix it. I took it to another service center and they told me the problem is not with the window regulator at all. I tried to reach out to the service manager via phone and email, but no response. I will never visit this service center again and also suggest my friends and community to avoid getting scammed here. Absolute waste of money and time. More
Went here for my 10,000 service and waited. Check in was simple and easy but then I get a text message saying, “We have a customer interested in buying your car. Would you like to hear more info?” Give me a break. Nobody is interested in buying my car at 7:30 in the morning! First lie of the visit, but not the last. Next I get a text after the vehicle was given its 42 point “inspected” look over. Attached is a video. Too bad the battery check slip was dated from the previous day and an hour before my arrival. Total lie/scam to make me think they are actually doing anything. While sitting in the waiting room, I listened to a service advisor totally rip off a customer for $85 to do a simple cabin air filter change on her Camry. What a joke! The part is probably $10!!! Lastly a basic oil change and tire rotation took nearly 2 hours. I’ll give them it was a Saturday but it was first thing in the morning (8am appointment). In the end the oil change was complimentary and part of the Toyota Care package but once my car hits 20k miles I’m done with this dealership. More

Drove an hour to come see an online listing after talking with a representative who wasted a week of my time because he was constantly leaving me on Drove an hour to come see an online listing after talking with a representative who wasted a week of my time because he was constantly leaving me on read and not fulfilling the tasks he promised to do “as soon as we got off the phone.” He never informed me that the wheel bearing was shot and the pictures don’t show the damage, rusting and scratches that completely cover the car inside and out. They were defensive, passive aggressive and unwilling to negotiate the price which was about $5000 higher than the car’s worth. More
