My wife and I purchased two new vehicles totaling well - Mitchglasgow
My wife and I purchased two new vehicles totaling well over $100,000 in a single day: a fully loaded Tundra TRD Pro and a Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. We nearly walked out before even looking at vehicles because the initial salesman was so unprofessional and uninformed. His superior, Miguel, ultimately saved the sale and did enough to earn our business. However, I was misled about the tire and wheel warranty we paid extra for, and the promised window tinting turned into a complete mess involving missing tint, poor-quality film, terrible installation, and having to pay another shop to remove it. Miguel repeatedly promised to call and discuss our concerns, even saying he'd call after finishing with another customer, but never followed through. What makes this especially frustrating is that we're easygoing people who came ready to buy, didn't haggle, and made a substantial purchase in good faith. Instead of feeling valued as customers, we feel taken advantage of. Spending six figures should not mean having to chase people down for basic honesty, follow-through, and quality work. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership, and I'll be encouraging friends, family, and anyone who asks to take their business elsewhere.
