Horrible Service My car had to be towed the nearest dealership which was Toyota of Rock Hill. Upon arriving it initially took 10-15 minutes for someone to greet/help us. The car was scheduled for service at 8:15AM on Saturday 6/4/16 by David. He said that the car would not be finished until Monday. I was a little frustrated because I lived an hour away and had to return to work on Monday. Nonetheless, we made it work. I send my fiancé and his brother to pick up the vehicle on Monday 6/6/16. They get there and the car had not even began getting work done. Mind you we live in Columbia, SC. We wasted gas, missed work and only got a "we did the best we could". The LEAST they could have done was called to say it wasn't going to be ready at the time they predicted. I called corporate on 6/7/2016 and was assured that would receive a call from the Customer Relations manager from Rock Hill....here it is over a week later and they STILL have no consideration for my time. I will only take my vehicle to Dick Dyer Toyota... Rock Hill service center is extremely inconsiderate. More

I went through a negative experience at another dealership and with the assistance and support of Tom Funderburk I was able to find what I wanted and at a good deal. It's a business and always will be at some level but the customer experience has to be supportive and willing to adapt to the needs of the individual. I consider myself a bit high maintenance but he handled my endless questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. Tom made the experience a customer relationship and that's a lost art. A+ plus experience. More

(I went to one place where they could not find the keys) The Rock Hill dealership was nice and clean, with lots of friendly people. Todd offered me a soda while he filled out paperwork, and started the process. I could not believe the price, way better than I expected and without a lot of back & forth. I signed a few pieces of paper and before I knew it I was hitting the road with a new car! But not before Todd helped me set up my phone with the bluetooth feature. He even checked back with me after a couple of days, to make sure I was happy. Todd McIntire is a great sales person, I wish more could be like him. THANK YOU! More

Deal with anyone there but Todd Never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. Stay away. Felt like my visit was a joke to him. I bought a car an hour later. Lacking Trust, Integrity and Professionalism from mgmt down! Dear Parker (Internet Sales Mgr), We drove down from Asheville (3 hrs) on Monday, taking a day off from work, with intentions on buying a vehicle t Dear Parker (Internet Sales Mgr), We drove down from Asheville (3 hrs) on Monday, taking a day off from work, with intentions on buying a vehicle that day that we found online. We had looked over the 2013 Odyssey EX-L and was interested in seeing it in person. After emailing and texting Todd for a couple days we arrived, as planned, to find the Odyssey minivan in less than presentable condition. There was trash left in the van, the interior was not cleaned, there were missing plastic covers for the middle seat and the oil life was just shy of needing to be changed and the oil change sticker was still in window (and it sated per the mileage written on it that it was due)! The life of the tires on this vehicle would soon require new ones, tread worn down! Ok, this is a car I drove down to "see"? And you knew I was driving 3 hrs for this! This implies to us that the dealership did not service the vehicle, took no pride in their inventory and was deceptive. I asked for the inspection and service sheet that was done when the van arrived. After 30mins of waiting Todd brought us a sheet. Shouldn't have taken that long to print off a report, and that again leads us to believe that it was not accurate. When we sat down to discuss numbers we told Todd the number we wanted to finance (through you guys) plus taking our Odyssey trade. When Todd returned he had our van key in hand and immediately handed us our key back and said, "sorry we can't do that but thank you for coming in." What?! What dealership hands you the keys back and doesn't start dealing?! We then thanked him for his time and I showed him the certificate for the $25 gift card offered on your website for customers to come in and test drive. This confirmation email stated we could show the dealership the email/certificate from our smart phone. Well, there was a problem with that also, apparently it was another stall technique and got the impression they were hoping I would just give up and leave! It took 30mins of back and forth to the manager before I stood up and walked over there to the manager and said, "Do you want this certificate number?" He then said, "Oh, Oh well Todd just get her mailing address." So, again....what the heck?! It will be a miracle if I get the $25 gift card in the mail! By the way, we stopped by your neighbor, Hendrick Honda, and drove away in the exact vehicle you guys had (they were asking $27,998 and you all were asking $24,998) and they gave us more for our trade-in! They showed us the car fax and service inspection without us having to ask for the print out! They came down from their asking price, we negotiated and we drove back to Asheville in the 2013 Odyssey EX-L! Their salesman was very knowledgable and very professional. The entire dealerships' atmosphere at Hendrick was 10x more professional. Small things like a small refrigerator stocked with cold bottled waters and a popcorn machine, all were self serve. It would be in Toyota of Rock Hills' best interest to learn from them! Enjoying our 2013 Odyssey from Hendrick Honda! Customers from Asheville, NC More
