We arrived because the work done the day before by another dealership was faulty. Without an appointment, a lady greeted us and once I explained our situation, she immediately put us with Jason Land. another dealership was faulty. Explaining everything, advising us how to handle the situation with the other dealership. We were there for 3 1/2 hrs. However Jason kept us informed throughout that time. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Jason should train how to provide great service! They fixed the problem which could have been avoided if the other dealership had invested in newer equipment. Jason explained that when Group 1 turns rotors they stay on the car. Their machine performs it right there. No worry if the technician puts it back correctly. Smart in my opinion. As we waited I noticed that everyone working there was of the same mindset as Jason. Focused on service! I would highly recommend Group 1 Toyota Rock Hill if you need service! Thank you to Jason and the entire team there for your efforts to get us back on the road and make it safe for our trip. More
