The assistant manager was extremely helpful, I believed I had a major problem, but ended up being lose hoses, they handled it in a thorough manner and took the time to look under the hood and pointed out the had a major problem, but ended up being lose hoses, they handled it in a thorough manner and took the time to look under the hood and pointed out the hose locations… Thank you Rock Hill…also I have been to many Toyota dealership and all are not the same… More

The dealership, the service advisor Ryan and service tech are great. I have an issue with my back lift or trunk where it locks up and it either creeps coming up or it gets stuck and because the can’t reprodu are great. I have an issue with my back lift or trunk where it locks up and it either creeps coming up or it gets stuck and because the can’t reproduce it when I have gone for service (4 times I’ve reported this, I have video and a service advisor has seen it happen and others have had this issue, it’s a sensor in the shocks, they will not replace them) I am very frustrated. My husband has a Tacoma and it is my Highlander with the issue. I was told to come back when I am able to show them this but there is no way to know if it’s going to happen even though it happens all the time. I have less then 10000 miles on the truck and I will probably have to go further than the dealership to get assistance. I left Jeep because of a different issue and the dealerships not assisting. I know this issue not being fixed is due to Toyota and not the dealership itself though. The dealership is great! More
