Every single time I have brought my truck to Toyota of Rock Hill just for an oil change it still takes them forever to get it done. This visit was my final straw! I booked the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and told them I would be waiting for my truck. When I checked in with Ryan I told him again I would be waiting for my truck. My appointment was at 8:30 in the morning, and I didn’t leave till after 12:30. How does it take 4 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation!? It doesn’t… after an hour I talked to Ryan about looking at tires, after two hours I told him to forget about it I would take my truck elsewhere. He blamed it on a miscommunication, but as a service advisor how could you not even check on the vehicle after it’s been that long? I will be changing my own oil from now on, and any other repairs or services I’ll be having done elsewhere. More
