Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your past service . I did call you and talked to you Saturday and attempted to rectify the situation / misunderstanding about your service that were recommended per mileage vs time. Toyota recommends services to be performed which was the tire rotation at 5k miles or 6 months and the oil change and rotation at 10k miles or 1 year, per our conversation. Also we talked about your vehicle being parked in a different location that was due to us being busy and not having enough parking spaces at the time and apologize then I brought your vehicle around to you.
