This was terrible 😣 I came to rock hill because Gastonia gives poor service and nobody knows what they are doing. I went to rock hill this morning and had a terrible experience. Almost 3 hour wait for them to tell Me I had a nail in my tire. I asked the man how long is this going to take I’ve been here 2hours and 30 mins already and he said very rudly go sit down and I’ll come get you when we’re finished. Then on the way out I asked him which tire has the nail in it and he said everything you need to know is I. The text message I sent you and if you read it you will see which tire it is. Then he has the nerve to walk me to my car and ask me about thanks giving and Christmas. I’m paying you to tell me about my car and your talking about Thanksgiving and Christmas and you can answer a simple question about my car. I’m not going back to rock hill and not going back to Gastonia. Terrible service and rude More

I was initially pleased with everything. I can say that I'm happy with all of my experiences with the service department. The sales department, however, has made the whole experience irredee I can say that I'm happy with all of my experiences with the service department. The sales department, however, has made the whole experience irredeemable. In October, I found that the salesman that I worked with lied about features of the vehicle to make the sale. I found out because THAT WAS WHEN I WANTED TO MAKE USE OF A FEATURE THAT THE SALESMAN SAID WAS INCLUDED. The truth of the matter was that the feature was optional on a different model. It was not even available for mine. That salesman has since been terminated for issues related to his sales, which I was apparently not supposed to be told about. Since October, I have been in contact about this issue 3 times, including this evening. I've dealt with 1 argumentative salesman, 1 manager that got off the phone "for a meeting" only to never call back, and 1 salesman that let me know that the company has decided against doing ANYTHING about the contract that they lied to obtain. For the sake of fairness: 5 stars for the service department for being friendly and prompt. 3 stars to the last salesman that informed me that nothing would be done because it's not really his fault. His manager should have spoken with me instead. 0 stars to the Sales Management for displaying cowardice in how they tried not to address the situation and having their subordinates handle the difficult conversations instead, for the dishonesty that was allowed, and for the general lack of professionalism. If you look at their less-than-positive Google reviews, you will see that they have a bad habit of posting snarky responses. There has been an increase in their bad reviews over the past year. This is indicative of internal problems that aren't being addressed. Frankly, while I do like the quality of the Toyota brand, I can not say in good faith that this quality extends to this location. I strongly suggest that anyone considering a purchase should go to a different location. The extra drive will save you a headache. An incurable headache. More
