We purchased a 2023 suburban from Toyota of rock hill and they had to ship it from another dealership in Columbus, GA. We bought the car online through the online sales dept on 4/4/2025. They informed us tha they had to ship it from another dealership in Columbus, GA. We bought the car online through the online sales dept on 4/4/2025. They informed us that they would ship it to rock hill and would be there Monday. We were going to come to pick it up on Wednesday but they said that they needed to detail it and run it through the service dept. we agreed and said we would be there Friday. As we arrived on Friday, they did not have it detailed, and they did not have all the paperwork work ready. The salesman, who was great, said that they would rush it through. Once finished with paperwork, I walked out to a car that was half way detailed and Stunk on the inside, As they sprayed a bunch of chemicals In it. But since I drove so far for it, I just said I would deal with it. I also noticed that when I got home, that the oil and filters were never changed, the air filter was filthy. This indicates that they didn’t even service the vehicle that they were charging me for. Also, due to the frustration of all, I didn’t even notice they had two different style tires on it. This was a horrible experience, and I will stick with my dealers in Columbia. More
