I am a regular customer at Rock Hill Toyota and have two Toyotas serviced there on a regular basis. I had a “scheduled“ appointment for an oil change at 12:45. I arrived at 12:43 and my car was not taken Toyotas serviced there on a regular basis. I had a “scheduled“ appointment for an oil change at 12:45. I arrived at 12:43 and my car was not taken back for service until 1:04. It took more than 2 hrs for a simple oil change - no explanation on why it was taking so long - unacceptable. In addition, the customer service Tech (Javon) was not friendly, actually rude, and his explanation of the service and billing was mediocre at best. I will no longer take our cars to Rock Hill Toyota for service. More
