This service experience was very poor. I was at my appointment early and waited by my car and no one came so I went inside and a guy told me to go back out to my car. No greeting no kindne I was at my appointment early and waited by my car and no one came so I went inside and a guy told me to go back out to my car. No greeting no kindness. Hostile attitude and nasty tone. Then someone finally comes out and he says we close at 4… my appointment was at 245 so if time an oil change then was an issue why did they let me schedule for that time. Then got my car after 4pm anyways. When I arrived back at the dealership at 330 no one even looked up from their stations when I walked in emit I was they only patron in this area at the time. More
The advisor are scammers. They do not look after interest of customer but rather how to bill them to max. Went to the parts department to get a battery replaced on my car key, it didn’t work. Tried to sell me a new key for $541 with programming. I declined and went to Auto Zone which send me to a place that repa my car key, it didn’t work. Tried to sell me a new key for $541 with programming. I declined and went to Auto Zone which send me to a place that repair keys or sell them. They check the key with some gadget and it showed that the battery was no good. Replaced it with a new one and it worked. Eventually the dealer parts department carry outdated batteries even though they are in a package. More

I'm disappointed with this dealership. Even after making an appointment, I still had to wait 4-5 hours on a Saturday to get my service done. On top of that, I’m frustrated that a brand new Even after making an appointment, I still had to wait 4-5 hours on a Saturday to get my service done. On top of that, I’m frustrated that a brand new vehicle had no freon, so the AC didn’t blow cold air. Why couldn’t the dealership provide a rental car instead of making me wait for hours? It would also be nice if they offered complimentary snacks and drinks instead of charging customers for them. More
