Over 3 hour wait for a mid week scheduled oil change seems a bit excessive with no explanation of why it took more than the estimated 1 hour at check in. Work was performed fine however. More

Told 1 hr to complete service which was 2 hrs. No one ever updated/communicated progress or delay during wait. When checked in the guy said it would $300 which was $200 more than what I was told More
