Ian greeted me almost immediately, very professional & yet friendly. Oil change, tire rotation was fairly quick, technicians left no residue on the steering wheel or interior. Made and appointment with Foxx in service on a Wednesday to arrive Friday to get my 2023 Tundra serviced and checked for my 4 week trip down the West coast , back up the East coast and across the middle of to arrive Friday to get my 2023 Tundra serviced and checked for my 4 week trip down the West coast , back up the East coast and across the middle of Florida. I dropped it off at 8 a.m. Friday met by Foxx and ask him to do whatever it may need at a 20,000 mile check for a long hot traffic filled trip. I left to pick up a bus load of my Church children on a 2 hour trip to summer camp and leave them and back home for me. As always I got a call before I got back from Foxx your truck is ready when you get back. I arrived at 2 p.m. and he met me in the service lanes with the keys,a smile and a hand shake every thing is good buddy. He walked me out to the truck opened the door and as always the same words have a safe trip buddy and call me if you need anything.I buy new cars and trucks every 2 years or less and he has always taken care of them all I have to do is drive knowing my family is safe. I buy my parts there only and by the way We LOVE this truck the nicest one of many we have ever had. Thanks Toyota Rock Hill people like him make people like me always come back. THANKS FOXX !!!!
