Went the for the normal maintenance and they didn’t close the lid or refill the window wiper fluid. Three of the valve stem caps were loose. I also had them check for the recall from Toyota but was not sent a video of what they found. Internet could have been down and that’s fine but I was just handed the keys,walked out to my truck and told to have a good day. I would think with the prices of new cars these days, they would at least make me feel like they care about their customers. I did purchase my brand new truck here and it was going in for the 18 month routine maintenance at 5600 miles. More
