Took Ellie (Tacoma) in for her regular oil change, power steering flush and to have a couple things checked out. My regular go to guy is Danny but he wasn’t in so I got to meet Ian. His customer service is top notch. He’s friendly and pays attention to the needs that you want and doesn’t try to oversell the other services. If you’re taking your car in to Toyota of Rock Hill, I definitely recommend getting helped by these guys. And a big thank you to the service guys that always get my girl running right. More

This is the worst dealership ever. I took my new car in for the it's second service and my service contact was unavailable to do the initial check-in. They were off doing God knows wha I took my new car in for the it's second service and my service contact was unavailable to do the initial check-in. They were off doing God knows what the entire time I was there, when I finally left they were off in the corner talking with another employee instead of checking me out. They never reviewed my record to see that it was my second time in for routine maintenance to make sure my car got the proper service items done. So once my car was done and I was checking out by the so-called manager of the maintenance department, it was realized that my car never received the oil change that it was supposed to. The guy asked me if I had 15 minutes he would get the vehicle right in there and get the oil change done. A hour later and the only person sitting in there waiting area, my car was finally done. I called to talk to the manager of Toyota of Rock Hill and he swore up and down. That's not the way they do business. He told me he would look into it and have somebody give me a call back. Haven't heard from anybody from that horrible dealership. So it's not just the maintenance department but it's the overall dealership that has horrible customer service. All they care about is getting your money. More
