Purchased a used vehicle with the promise of a hitch installation. The dealership contacted my when they were ready for the installation of the hitch. After receiving the vehicle back I noticed one side installation. The dealership contacted my when they were ready for the installation of the hitch. After receiving the vehicle back I noticed one side of the heat shields for the muffler was hanging below the bumper with multiple fasteners left loose and a few missing. I tightened what fasteners I could and brought it to the dealership to address the misalignment and missing bolts where I spoke to Stewart from the sales team who agreed that it was an issue and we would address it after the weekend. The following Monday my wife took it back by and they looked at it and told her it was fixed but when I got home I saw the exact situation and none of it had been addressed or changed. Now it is one week since my last contact with Stewart who told me he would call me back about the resolution and with the apparent fact that he is not concerned with the customer after closing the deal I am on my way to a reputable dealership to pick up and pay for the repair of my vehicle caused by Toyota of Rock Hill. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this dealership if you are looking for a dealer group that will support you from the sale to aftercare. More
