Scheduled appointment with a Lyft ride to get back to work. Showed up early. My advisor was Ian, he was new and kind. He asked his coworker how to get me a Lyft and I overheard him scoff and complain tha work. Showed up early. My advisor was Ian, he was new and kind. He asked his coworker how to get me a Lyft and I overheard him scoff and complain that customers like me don’t get a Lyft. It’s an option on the website, but evidently only available to certain people. Ian asks his manager for help and agrees to get me a Lyft. I waited for 1.5 hours and the Lyft never showed up. Ian then tried to just get my truck done so I can leave. He was trying hard but it was clear the company doesn’t provide enough resources for him to do well and his coworkers and possibly manager are also unhelpful. I’ve been trying to call back all day and tell Ian that I think the technician scratched a wheel and see if he had pictures before writing the truck up. No one has answered my call other than the parts department. Every time I call service they pick up the phone and then hang up immediately. So now there’s a 1 star review for making me over 2 hours late to work this morning, ignoring my calls, and potentially damaging my vehicle. More

A little communication problem occurred. When I got the estimate for the brake repair I called the service center and asked to speak to Jason. I had already dropped the car off at the dealership. Jason wasn’t available so I requested he return my call before he started work on the car. That was two days ago. This morning Jason called to let me know my car was ready. He said he did not receive my message. I was upset because I had called another place and got a better rate. Needless to say I am very upset. I am a widow living on a fixed income. Jason did reduce the charge but it still was more than the other quote I received. I still believe I am due some additional compensation. I love my 2010 Prius and hope to drive it for many more years. Thank you. Marie Neely. More
