After a discussion on what was needed I agreed to oil change and tire rotation. My first impression was that this is a smaller facility than what I was use to in Charlotte NC. The Customer waiting area did not have enough seating for waiting customers, so customers were standing with no Toyota employees inquiring about getting chairs for them. The area was in the middle of the everything. It was busy and smells from the service area permeated frequently..I was fortunate not to be there long. More
