Had stop getting my vehicle serviced at a dealership after a terrible experience at another dealership. Just moved to Forney and had contemplated going back to my mechanic in Austin because of the servi after a terrible experience at another dealership. Reached out to Toyota of Rockwall to give them a chance and I am very satisfied. My service advisor, Kasey was awesome and set expectations on time frame for work to be completed. Quoted me additional work which I expected and when I checked out cost was almost $350 dollars cheaper and my 4Runner drives great! More

This dealership does a good job overall and I rate them 4 stars out of a possible 5 stars. I went in for an oil and oil filter change. I like how they wash your car when they finish servicing it.
