I was told and quoted that I need a almost $300 tire because the one that I have was not able to be repaired. I looked at the picture that the service department sent me and the picture did not show a n because the one that I have was not able to be repaired. I looked at the picture that the service department sent me and the picture did not show a nail on the out wall of the tire as the associate and service tech stated. I left and took my car to another tire shop where the hole was repaired for free. It appears that they underestimated my knowledge of cars and wanted to increase my service price to include an additional three hundred dollars. More

Scheduled an appointment for a new tire, after waiting two and a half hours I was informed my car was being pulled into the bay. They then said they were trying to find the one tire they had for my vehicl two and a half hours I was informed my car was being pulled into the bay. I have come to this dealership, once to buy a car and twice for service, and had an issue every time... Not sure if it's this dealership or a Toyota issue... More
