The service was great. Stephanie (I think is her name) was helpful as always. They rechecked my alignment after I needed it at the 10k mile check. I’ve been going to Toyota of Rockwall for many years to have my 2011 RAV4 serviced. They have always been so friendly and helpful. They always answer all of my questions and I never feel rushed. I accidentally arrived a week before my actual appointment and he took me anyways. I was embarrassed but he assured me it was okay. I appreciated that. The shuttle took me home and picked me up without a problem. Everything went well. My car drives great. I especially like the multi point inspection and how they attach pictures and explain thoroughly what needs to be repaired. I highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall. More

Went in to get recall fixed and came out dealership saying i need other things fixed that cost over $4k and then for strange reason after getting airbag fixed for recall the driver side goes out and no saying i need other things fixed that cost over $4k and then for strange reason after getting airbag fixed for recall the driver side goes out and now that cost about 650 dollars to get fixed. I stopped going to this dealership long ago but thought they were better but guess not. never go there again More

We have always received great service here, until yesterday. The service advisor was very unfriendly when we checked in. Then when we picked up our vehicle, the price was $20 more than we were told yesterday. The service advisor was very unfriendly when we checked in. Then when we picked up our vehicle, the price was $20 more than we were told (for an oil change). When we questioned this, we were told it was because our vehicle took more oil that the normal 5 quarts. We asked why we were not told that when we checked in, and the service advisor very curtly told us that it was on the website. We didn't read the website! We expected to be quoted the correct amount when we asked the cost of the oil change! We were very disappointed in this service. More
