Got shocks and a struts done but was charged for an alignment in addition. I didnt ask for alignment but got one without consulting me. I had alignment down the prior week at Firestone in rockwall whic alignment in addition. I didnt ask for alignment but got one without consulting me. I had alignment down the prior week at Firestone in rockwall which has a 1 year warranty. I could’ve gone across the highway and had them redo it for free. Jut a little upset that there was a lack of transparency on y’all’s end. Plus, was told the work would be done in 3-4 hours max and it took y’all a 5 1/2 hours to complete. Had a 8am appt so there should’ve been no issues. Ive had to wait 2-3 hours for Oil changes and stopped getting them done there because almost have to take a half a day off for a 10 minute job. More

Went for my routine maintenance & notified tech about nail in my tire. They declined to patch bec of 2 pre-existing patch work already done. They wouldnt even settle for waver.
