Clean service center. Deducted 1 point since no one greeted us upon arrival & we had to look for our service advisor. In addition to that, the receipt upon check out was $30 more than the service price greeted us upon arrival & we had to look for our service advisor. The service department at Toyota of Rockwall is wonderful! I always make a point to see Kasey when I come in for service. She is very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable!
