However, I’m disappointed that the service rep decided that I should skip my 5000 mile tire rotation and have the 10000 mile oil change appointment However, I’m disappointed that the service rep decided that I should skip my 5000 mile tire rotation and have the 10000 mile oil change appointment despite only having 4000 miles in my car. I paid for the service package, and I don’t appreciate losing the money we spent on this. The 5000 mile check should be tacked on the end of my package. More
