Service asst manager just really didn’t get it. Either more training or it’s not her type of job. Waited 3 hrs after I had an appt for oil change and my truck sat in plain view and was always told it was more training or it’s not her type of job. I came in with a sunroof issue and an extended warranty. My vehicle has never had service on the sunroof. In the ice storm when we opened the sunroof it was jarred or something. We have taken the 4-runner in occasionally for service and will no longer do that through Toyota of Rockwall. More
