Had quite a bit of service work to do. 1 job was particularly difficult but they stayed with it & got me out the same day. My service advisor kept me informed. The service centre went above and beyond in helping me with my car. I had a major job they got it done in 10 hours which was phenomenal. Rockwall Toyota has been on top of most of my service needs. I am usually well-satisfied. However, yesterday (8/27/20), there was some confusion and delay in checking my car in for service. I did not see a service manager for at least 15 minutes after my appointment time. I almost noticed that some employees in the service department were wearing masks haphazardly, with the nose exposed. I hope these problems are fixed when I return. More

DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY. I purchased a used low mileage vehicle from them and the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty. So far it hasn't covered my vehicle leaking water when it rains, hasn't cover mileage vehicle from them and the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty. So far it hasn't covered my vehicle leaking water when it rains, hasn't covered the rear defrost not working, hasn't covered a trim piece breaking. And for things it does cover they suggest I take it somewhere else. Well when you do that you have to pay the deductible. They claim the warranty is through Toyota but it's worthless, wish I would have saved my money. More
