At 20K paid for wheel alignment at 30K they said I needed a wheel alignment. Said they had no record of me doing it and that I was out of alignment. What did I pay for last time (I have receipt) I drive 10 a wheel alignment. Said they had no record of me doing it and that I was out of alignment. What did I pay for last time (I have receipt) I drive 10 miles a day in town only can't imagine I was out of alignment already. Said yes to car wash and didn't get one. Car was with them for 3 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Not sure who my Service person was since I dropped it off with one person and a different person checked me out. More
