A week and a half ago, I came in for routine maintenance and to order a broken interior handle part. Got a carwash and left. The next morning, I noticed that my passenger side tow hook cover was missing fro and to order a broken interior handle part. Got a carwash and left. The next morning, I noticed that my passenger side tow hook cover was missing from my bumper. I called and mentioned it to the service clerk and she told me that they would just assess it when I came in to fix the handle. I showed up a few days later. We had to wait a while once the handle was installed because "it was waiting for a carwash", but I didn't expect more for not making an appointment ahead of time. Matt Jones was really nice and personable and gave us routine updates as we waited. Before Matt was available, I told another advisor (woman with a patch on her neck) that I'm 99% sure that the tow hook cover came off in the dealer carwash a week before and to see if they could check to see if the part was in the back or if there was a spare somewhere. But she told me that it'd be like finding a needle in a haystack and that they couldn't cover the cost of the part. I don't think anyone out there is stealing tow hook covers, and the only carwash I've been to was the Rockwall dealer. Wish I could have gotten a little nicer service when dealing with the lost part. More

Justin was great. He was very attentive..even offered to get me a refill on my coffee. Explained everything that was being done up vehicle. He also explained to me how the “Extra Care Toyota” program that w get me a refill on my coffee. Explained everything that was being done up vehicle. He also explained to me how the “Extra Care Toyota” program that we purchased with our new vehicle..doesn’t cover alignment (which is due on our car at this time.) We were told at the time of purchase ..it would cover everything..even a new set of tires..apparently...Not True! We won’t be buying THAT again! Now we know!!! Thanks Justin for explaining!! Ugh!!
