I get great service at Toyota Rockwall. Matt always calls and keeps me updated on progress. Justin was great. He was very attentive..even offered to get me a refill on my coffee. Explained everything that was being done up vehicle. He also explained to me how the “Extra Care Toyota” program that w get me a refill on my coffee. Explained everything that was being done up vehicle. He also explained to me how the “Extra Care Toyota” program that we purchased with our new vehicle..doesn’t cover alignment (which is due on our car at this time.) We were told at the time of purchase ..it would cover everything..even a new set of tires..apparently...Not True! We won’t be buying THAT again! Now we know!!! Thanks Justin for explaining!! Ugh!! The service was great and it was done right the first time. I went into Rockwall dealership to get my oil changed and a new rear wiper blades. I use the Toyota wiper blades because they do a better job. I had a I went into Rockwall dealership to get my oil changed and a new rear wiper blades. I use the Toyota wiper blades because they do a better job. I had a 5 dollar off coupon, so they weren't that more expensive than regular wiper blades. When I talked to Justin about my oil change, he asked me if I wanted to add an oil conditioner to it. I had forgotten that I usually do that, after Justin was the one who originally recommended one or two years ago. Justin is the one who also explained the benefits of using dealer brake pads. It was an overall great experience dealing with Justin, an Toyota of Rockwall dealership. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Justin, and the crew at Toyota of Rockwall! I almost forgot to say they also checked my battery as a courtesy and found it was getting weak. So they recommended I replace it soon. Not all automotive service shops do that when you bring your car for service. More
