Questionable warranty We bought the extra warranty when we purchased the car. I have not had time to take it in since we bought it, but yesterday took it in for an oil cha We bought the extra warranty when we purchased the car. I have not had time to take it in since we bought it, but yesterday took it in for an oil change. We were told the warranty covered everything and the problems were there since we both the car. However both of us working and live in Desoto made it hard to bring in. I asked about these problems when I made the appointment and was told no problem. When I got there I was told each problem to check or fix would cost between $50-150, and the may need to run a diagnostic for a $150 also. I finally got the cost down to $51 dollars for engine oil additive and cabin air filter. This is just like the extra $800 charge for nitrogen in the tires and a new sunscreen when we purchased the car. Beginning to think they are not a very reparable dealer, unless you have alot of money to just throw around. The service manager was very nice, but their policies are not desirable and what was promised when purchasing the car doesn't hold water. More

Rat in my air filter I had a horrible smell coming out of my vents and there ended up being a rat in my air filter! Great customer service Customer serice was great, I had a few issues with the phone, every time I called it would ring for about 5 minutes then automatically end the call. Not sure if its partially my phone to blame or someone just wasn't around when I called. But when I arrived, they assisted me very quickly and efficiently. Very professional and always kind everytime I bring my vehicle in for service. The only reason I give 4 star for quality of work is because last time they forgot to clear my check engine light ater the service was done but easy fix. More
6 month oil change and tire rotation I’ve been going to this dealership for service needs since it opened. This visit did not go so well. I choose to drive a toyota because of its quality and durability. I take very good care of my vehicle in for service every 6 months. Whether major or minor repair at this dealership over thé past 12 years thé repair is never complete. I always havé to take my vehicle back and tell service advisor still same problèm. Tire air leak took 3 trips. Rediculous! this trip to service broke a lug nut stud. Service advisor told me it broke because my vehicle is OLD! I call that BS! Dont make up an excuse be truthful. over torqued or stripped i could béliève. I use this dealership because convenient location. Terrible mechanics but thé service advisors are Nice and you can féel théir frustration with thé mechanics! More

Battery Tester Questionable My 2012 Tacoma has consistently shown a problem with the battery tester on your standard inspection form. This despite (1) a relatively new Interstat My 2012 Tacoma has consistently shown a problem with the battery tester on your standard inspection form. This despite (1) a relatively new Interstate battery that shows no issues when taken back to Interstate for testing and (2) going ahead and letting Rockwall Toyota install a brand new battery at the last service. This last report showed the battery was bad (red), but we were told to ignore it because the truck started up just fine. How about getting the tester fixed or, if it's my truck, recognizing the trend and doing some further investigation as to what is really causing the erroneous report. More
