Valve gasket on 2000 Camry needed repair. I called this service center, and they quoted a price of $157.30 to repair the valve gasket, and I would get a $25.00 credit for having the Toyota par I called this service center, and they quoted a price of $157.30 to repair the valve gasket, and I would get a $25.00 credit for having the Toyota part. When I got there, they said it would take about 1 1/2 hours to fix it. I also asked about replacing the spark plugs. Over the phone, he quoted me a ridiculous price of $389.95, so I decided not to do that. When I got to the service department, I asked about the high price of the spark plug replacement. They told me that the original price quoted over the phone was too low, and they were going to charge me $336.80,which included the spark plus replacement. During the repairs, the mechanic damaged a spark plug wire. Instead of paying for their mistake, they wanted to charge me another $185.99 to repair it. I told them I was taking my car to a reputable repair shop! Even though they told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours, my car was there for 5 hours! I am VERY disappointed in this service department. More

Service Did everything I asked but noticed the next day that the beeping noise when you get close to an object when you are in reverse does not work anymore. Friendly honest service My only complaint is that I wish the service was faster when I make an appointment. Just wish I could get my oil changed and tires/fluids checking in an hour or less is all. :) More

Service This is always a great place to wait and have yr car service. It just takes to long for the completion of the service. Just in for 1 Tire Sensor This is always a great place to wait and have yr car service. It just takes to long for the completion of the service. Just in for 1 Tire Sensor and reset of all 4 sensors. Took several hours to complete, which I think is way to long, since I got there around 8am or so. More
