They made me aware of the problem that my car had and they took care of it also offered a rental car be I had my car serviced at Toyota of Rockwall . The service itself was great. The service I received from my service advisor Rhonda Jennings was excellent. She kept me informed of the status of my service and promptly let me kn The service I received from my service advisor Rhonda Jennings was excellent. She kept me informed of the status of my service and promptly let me know when additional issues were found. I have no complaints about the service. However, when I picked up my car on the outbound service queue, things were not so great. For the very short distances that the service crew has to drive my car during its trek though your facility, they changed the settings of both outside mirrors, they adjusted the inside rear view mirror, they adjusted the height of the drivers seat as well as the the distance from the steering wheel and the angle of the driver's seat and seat back. They also turned off the daytime running lights. It extremely irritating to have to have ti readjust all those setting before I can leave the service drive. The optimal thing is to NOT change any of the customer's settings. The next best thing would be to return them to settings as close to their original settings as possible. More
