Brett one of the service coordinators very unprofessional Went in for a wash and low tire, 3pm on a week day. Was told it would be 1h 1/2, asked just to fill tires, said it would still be the same 1h 1/2. No Went in for a wash and low tire, 3pm on a week day. No interest in helping at all, didn’t have time to sit around for 1h 1/2 for a tire fill, explained this and he didn’t seem to care. I’m at the Dallas location now, tire was filled immediately, took 15min. Rockwall can learn a ton from a location who understands service. More

Regular maintenance I had an appointment at 10:15 am to drop my car off for routine maintenance and yi have a seat belt checked. It took 15 mins to get a service tech to I had an appointment at 10:15 am to drop my car off for routine maintenance and yi have a seat belt checked. It took 15 mins to get a service tech to come out and check my car in. I requested a wash and vacuum as well. I didn't get my car back till 4:15 PM and it was only half vacuumed and washed. Also someone either hit my back bumper or ran into something leave scratches. I don't understand why with an appointment it take over 6 hours for am oil change. The car wasn't driven until this morning when I noticed the scratches in the bumper. The service rep called me 3 minutes before he left for the day to say my car was ready. That someone just left it on his desk and he just saw it. More
