Running Boards It took 5 trips over 5 hours of my time but i finally got a set of running boards for my 4 runner. First trip only half of the set got ordered. Trip 2 It took 5 trips over 5 hours of my time but i finally got a set of running boards for my 4 runner. First trip only half of the set got ordered. Trip 2 ordered but not delivered could not find person sent to pick them up. Trip 3 running boards installed. Not happy with this set too narrow and in my opinion not safe. Trip 4 talked to Mr Madron and different set ordered. Trip 5 new set not made for my vehicle. Another set in stock and installed. I am satisfied with new set. No price difference and labor paid by parts department. More

Right on time I had an appointment for service on my vehicle but when I got there I was told that it would be about an hour for it to be done. The work was complete I had an appointment for service on my vehicle but when I got there I was told that it would be about an hour for it to be done. The work was completed in 1 hour and shortly after that my car was washed and vacuumed out and I was ready to go. I don't mind waiting for a reasonable length of time, if I know about how long. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly. More

Poor Service and Workmanship, Super high prices This is one of the very few reviews on line I've ever written. Back in September of 2018, they replaced a power steering pump in my 2005 Toyota Sequoi This is one of the very few reviews on line I've ever written. Back in September of 2018, they replaced a power steering pump in my 2005 Toyota Sequoia, that had already been replaced once by a non Toyota service center. When the power steering started failing yet a third time in June, 2019, they indicated it was the high pressure line, which I had already discovered was leaking. They said they could not replace just the high pressure line, but had to replace both high pressure and return at the same time, because the Toyota OEM part came as a set, which was $1000 ish, and to replace overall was $1600+. So they replaced a good pump initially for $900+ and then turned around and wanted the business for $1600+ to replace some hoses. I recommended they give me only half the money back for the pump and apply towards the hose repair, assuming that the unnecessarily replaced an operational pump, and they would not do it! Meanwhile, the non Toyota service center that replaced the first pump with non OEM equipment, refunded almost all of the money they charged us! I ended up getting just the high pressure line replaced for a small fraction of the cost they wanted to charge me! Is working just fine! More
