My appointment was with Mick Schott,the assistant Service Manager, and he handled my experience so well. Service for my new Tacoma. I found myself in Rockwall with an appointment cancelled. I do not like to waste a trip. So I called Toyota of Rockwall, entered the numbers for servi I found myself in Rockwall with an appointment cancelled. I do not like to waste a trip. So I called Toyota of Rockwall, entered the numbers for service and I was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half. I love the service center. I can sit and have a coffee and a cookie. The team is always polite and they get the vehicle clean and pretty again. Polite customer service people clean facility and they work quickly. More
