Great service I went in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and tire repair. I was expecting only one tire to need repair but it turned out to be two I went in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and tire repair. I was expecting only one tire to need repair but it turned out to be two. Bradley reviewed my records and found that the tires were under warranty and replaced them. I was also concerned with a door lock not working properly and they reviewed and found it needed to be replaced. We scheduled for repairs to be made the next week. More

Wonderful I brought my car for a 5000 mi/ 6 month checkup and Brett Wiggins met me immediately when I drove up. Called back after I left I had my oil changed on a Saturday morning. After leaving, I received a call asking if I was still in the area. Seems a technician left ‘something’ I had my oil changed on a Saturday morning. After leaving, I received a call asking if I was still in the area. Seems a technician left ‘something’ under my hood. No explanation or caution that it could damage my engine. Just to come back to the dealership. When I got there they wanted to take my truck to their service area. I stopped them and asked what was going on. They proceeded to open the hood, and pull out a quart bottle with a long tube that was besides my engine. Was used to catch oil when the filter was removed. Got an explanation of a new Technician forgot it. No apology. I figured they looked for this ‘device’ on the next oil change and figured out it was still in my truck when they couldn’t find it. After some other issues, this could be the last straw. More
So So Took way to long (2 hr) to replace coin drawer and run the car thru the wash bay. Waited at least a week for the part it get here. Had to order it. Car wash and vac job...horrible . Smears on the windows bugs on bumper and windshield. By the way I was the first in line before 7;30am . Usually I'm told it will be a while to get a wash because they are so busy. Expected a better result. Coffee bar and HGTV are great ...when you have to wait. The last couple of visits have had it's issues. I will still drive the to your location instead of Dallas. I think you owe me a detail job. My time is valuable too. More
