Frustrating I ALWAYS make an appointment before I go, however, they never seem to know I’m coming or what I need. But it’s fine.....they get me quick BUT I’ve never waited less than an hour.....ever. I’ve gone at 7am, lunch 4pm it doesn’t matter.....always a long wait. This go round, I made an appointment at 7:15 for an oil change, I arrived, they didn’t seem to know anything about me(usual). At 8:30 she cane out to tell me I was in desperate need of new tires. I asked how long it would take, and I was told “about an hour.” I gave the go ahead. At 10am I was told there had been a little delay because there was only 1 lift to do the balancing so it would be 15 more minutes. Ok fine. Then at 10:30 she comes to tell me they only have 3 tires!!!!!! Are you serious? What have we been doing the last 2 hours? I had to be at work in an hour and still needed to drop my daughter off. They graciously offered me a rental for the day. I appreciate that but the ladies behind that desk were less than friendly! Seemed like really bad communication overall and disregard for the customer. The lady I was working with was very nice and I’m sure it wasn’t her fault it’s just very frustrating. They know you are just stuck!!! More

40K Check up Did not have an appointment but the service rep got me in and out of the 40K mile check up. And got a clean and vacuumed car back. Great Service - AGAIN I had a tight schedule that required an 0700 appointment. I drove up at a few minutes before seven and the doors were rolling up. The service manage I had a tight schedule that required an 0700 appointment. I drove up at a few minutes before seven and the doors were rolling up. The service managers were there ready to go - and the required service personnel were also ready to go. They did a great job and offered a wash job to boot. I had to pass on the wash job, but they offered to pick it up later if I'd come back after my tasks were over. Great people. THANKS guys! PLEASE KEEP IT UP (as you have in the past.) More

Made an appointment for an oil change, the main cup holder to be tightened, the hinge bolts on the back passenger side door are loose and I have a squ Made an appointment for an oil change, the main cup holder to be tightened, the hinge bolts on the back passenger side door are loose and I have a squeaky belt. He asked if I was leaving the truck. I said no but I have two hours before I have to be back at work. I got the truck back in an hour and the only thing that got done was the oil change. The excuse that I got upon leaving was that he was new and had only been there two weeks. AND, after taking an hour for an oil change, nobody bothered to turn off the maintenance needed light. Trip before that, I had been losing acceleration while pushing on the gas pedal. I drop off the truck and tell the service department that the only thing recently done on the truck is both rear tires had been replaced. They look at the truck for hours. The service man comes out and tells me he can't find anything wrong with the truck. Tells me to keep driving it until something else happens. I leave and go shopping at Ross nearby. Upon returning to my truck, I notice that the right side of the rear end is higher than the left. I look at the tires, they are 2 different sizes. That part was the fault of Discount Tire. However, I tell you the only thing different about the truck is two new rear tires, and, obviously, nobody even looked at the tires. More
