Service on new vehicle First time to service my 2018 car and they did not do a good job. Not only did I have to wait for 3 hours, but after I told them to rotate my tires, t First time to service my 2018 car and they did not do a good job. Not only did I have to wait for 3 hours, but after I told them to rotate my tires, they didn't. I called them and the service person asked me "how do I know they didn't do it?" Because I am not stupid or blind. Not only did their manager never call me back, but I have to waste more time at the dealership tomorrow. Ok but only minimum 7am. Scheduled oil change to coincide with getting plates n sticker installed on new purchase. Was told I’d have to get plates from front desk lady. 7am. Scheduled oil change to coincide with getting plates n sticker installed on new purchase. Was told I’d have to get plates from front desk lady. Ok sure. Come to find out she doesn’t come in till 8. Was hoping my car woulda been done by then. But then she was late. I asked a salesman if he could get them. Sure no problem. Why couldn’t this easy procedure have been done an hour ago then? So they put my plates on but not the sticker. Said they didn’t know if I wanted it top or bottom of windshield. Ok I get it that it’s simle and I did it myself. No one asked me tho. Just didn’t do it. It took one hour 40 minutes. Was told 1-1.hour 15 minutes. Nothing went bad. I Liked my service advisor Just not a 5 star. More
