Horrible customer service I show up to my appointment that I had at 1:15pm for an oil change. I sit in my truck to be attended to like everyone else, and no one even looks at m I show up to my appointment that I had at 1:15pm for an oil change. I sit in my truck to be attended to like everyone else, and no one even looks at me or acknowledges that I’m even there for 20 minutes. Then more vehicles show up for service and they get attended to as soon as they get there. The excuse they gave me was “we were busy” but other that got there after me got attended before me. More

Carl Saved our day! I Took in my 4Runner for routine maintenance, but when I took my stroller Out of the back I noticed I had a few flat tires.
