They made my A/C sound like a lawn mower So, when I called, they asked me to drive 30 minutes back. Expectations Met My wife and I have purchased ten new Toyota’s over the past 28 years and have had them serviced exclusively at Toyota dealerships. We believe in the q My wife and I have purchased ten new Toyota’s over the past 28 years and have had them serviced exclusively at Toyota dealerships. We believe in the quality of Toyota and know a thing or two about quality service. Having spent our careers in service to the public we simply will not tolerate inferior service. We also know that Toyota dealerships feel the same way. I had to travel 125 miles round trip in the rain to get the state inspection on a newly purchased Tundra that should have been completed before I took delivery. I was not pleased with that. Upon my arrival I was met by Justin Hogue who was very friendly and accommodating. He took control of the situation in a professional manner,got the job done and had me on my way in twenty minutes.
